Working Minnesota |
Working Minnesota is a chapter of Working America, the fastest-growing organization for working people in the country. Here in Minnesota we are 280,000 members strong. Together with working people across the state, we fight for our common interests—good jobs, affordable healthcare, education, retirement security, corporate accountability and real democracy. Since 2006, we’ve been listening to residents in neighborhoods all over Minnesota. We talk with our friends and neighbors to learn their needs and priorities, so we can take action on the issues that matter most to Minnesota families. As a member of Working Minnesota, you have a chance to be heard in the political debate and make positive changes in your workplace and community. Current priorities identified by members of Working Minnesota include:
• An increase in the state minimum wage to $9.50 an hour |
